Recently I was commissioned to photograph some images for Kent based printing company Oast House Printing. Adjacent to their Oast House, the team had converted a portion of an existing barn into a screen printing studio. It was interesting mixing my architectural photography with some of my earlier experience shooting products. The corrugated iron ceiling and timber cladding on the exterior of the barn made for some nice compositions. It was great applying some of the methods I use when photographing people in my residential and commercial interiors to bring dynamics to the images of this work space.
